If you are a team player, then go for jobs where you will be part of a team. But if you prefer working on your own, then don’t go for a job in the middle of a huge open plan office, instead try to find a job that can accommodate your need to work away quietly on your own.
All these issues may not seem too important, but they can make a huge difference to how you feel about work and how you view going into the office each day.
